1. What the extension does · Extension làm gì
When you join a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call in your browser, the extension records the call audio (other participants' audio received by the meeting tab and your own microphone, which you already allowed for that meeting site) and, while someone is presenting, captures images of the shared screen when it changes. Your microphone may be recorded for the whole call, including while you are muted in the meeting, so that your part of the conversation is not lost if you forget to unmute; other participants still cannot hear you while you are muted. When you leave the call, it uploads the recording and images to your own Meco account (meco-app.com) to create meeting minutes. It never runs on any website other than meet.google.com, Microsoft Teams (teams.live.com, teams.microsoft.com, teams.cloud.microsoft) and meco-app.com. · Khi bạn vào một cuộc họp Google Meet hoặc Microsoft Teams trên trình duyệt, extension ghi âm cuộc họp (âm thanh của người khác mà tab họp nhận được và micro của chính bạn, vốn đã cấp quyền cho trang họp đó) và, khi có người trình bày, chụp ảnh màn hình được chia sẻ mỗi khi nó thay đổi. A visible “● Meco is recording” badge is shown on the meeting page for the whole time it records, with a Stop button. Automatic recording and screen capture can each be turned off in the extension popup. Meeting audio, screen-share images, the meeting code and title, and your Meco sign-in token. Recordings are stored temporarily on your computer (in the extension's own storage) until they are uploaded, then deleted from the computer. They are sent only to meco-app.com and processed as described in the Meco Privacy Policy (meco-app.com/privacy), including transcription and summarisation by the AI providers named there. Data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to anyone else. · Bản ghi được lưu tạm trên máy bạn (trong bộ nhớ riêng của extension) cho tới khi tải lên, rồi bị xoá khỏi máy. The use of information received by this extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Recording a meeting may require the consent of other participants under the law where you live. 7. Deleting data · Xoá dữ liệu
You can delete any minutes, or your whole Meco account with all recordings, from Meco at any time.
